Best Egg sends your rent payment to your landlord as long as your upfront payment to Best Egg is initiated by the enrollment by 3:30 pm ET on the 3rd of the month. At that time, your landlord will see the Best Egg payment on your resident account.
Please note that Best Egg is dependent on the information provided by the bank after any payment has been submitted. If the upfront payment does not settle successfully, your Flexible Rent account will be paused, Best Egg will reverse payment to your community, and you will need to pay your landlord directly for rent.
Best Egg is not responsible for any late fees assessed by your community.
