Once an account is closed with Best Egg, we will not initiate a rent payment. You will not be able to close your account unless the remaining balance is paid in full. However, if there is a past-due balance on a paused account, all payments will need to be made manually. Autopay will only work if your account is in an active status.
To make a one-time payment, please log in to your Flexible Rent portal at https://flexiblerent.bestegg.com and select "Make a Payment" from the drop-down menu.
