There may be a few reasons why your payment may have been unsuccessful. One of the most common reasons why payments are unsuccessful is that the funds were not available at the time the payment was attempted. Please note, the upfront payment must settle successfully for Best Egg to pay your rent.
If a payment was returned, you can certainly re-make that payment, not including the upfront payment. The upfront payment must be initiated before the enrollment window closes on the 3rd of each month at 3:30 PM ET. To make a one-time payment, please log in to your Flexible Rent account at https://flexiblerent.bestegg.com and select "Make a Payment" from the drop-down menu.
