There is a way someone can pay directly, if they are donating the money to your your rent this month, only if you are also listed on the bank account the funds are coming from. All bank accounts added to your Flexible Rent account must be in the account holder's name. If your name is listed on the bank account with the person donating the money, then you can add another bank account to your Flexible Rent account. To add a new payment method, please log in to your Flexible Rent account at https://flexiblerent.bestegg.com and use the drop-down menu to select “Payment methods.”
