To see what happened to your payment, view your payment history, by logging in to your Flexible Rent portal at https://flexiblerent.bestegg.com. You can see the status of all payments by using the drop-down and clicking "Payment History". If you do not see a payment initiated, that may indicate we did not receive a payment from you.
If a payment was never made or has been returned, you can certainly re-make it, not including the upfront payment. The upfront payment can only be made once, and it must be initiated before the enrollment window closes on the 3rd of each month at 3:30 PM ET. Unlike the upfront payment, your scheduled repayments are required to be paid in full by the end of the month. You can make these repayment at any time throughout the month.
A part from upfront payments, the deadline to pay your balance in full is always at the end of the month.
To make a one-time payment, please log in to your Flexible Rent portal and select "Make a Payment" from the drop-down menu.
