To reactivate your account if it is paused, simply initiate your upfront payment online no later than 3:30 pm ET on the 3rd of the month, for the upcoming rent cycle. The upfront payment must settle successfully to remain active in Best Egg Flexible Rent. You may only attempt your upfront payment one time per month.
If you are on Auto Pay, then your automatic payments will resume on the 1st, assuming there is no outstanding balance with Best Egg. There will be no further action required on your end to reactivate.
If you were paused due to an outstanding balance, you may reactivate your account for the following month once you have satisfied the full balance.
If you cancelled your account, you’ll be required to submit a new application. If the Flexible Rent option is not available on your rent portal, you may not be eligible to re-apply.
