- Address must be in one of the 50 US States (except VT, IA, WV, or District of Columbia); military addresses are also permitted.
- US Permanent Resident
- Consumers must be of age to enter a legally binding lending contract.
- Must have a valid social security number or individual taxpayer identification number that can be verified by a third-party KYC provider.
- Must have a physical address provided by their landlord via the Rent Payment Platform
- A valid rent charge provided by the Rent Payment Platform
