Best Egg's Flexible Rent program is a rent payment solution that allows you to pay rent flexibly on your schedule. You can personalize your rent payment schedule through Best Egg Flexible Rent during the application process.
Once approved and enrolled, you will send your upfront payment to Best Egg at the beginning of the month. As soon as the upfront payment is sent, Best Egg will initiate full rent payment to your community.
You will then repay your rent balance to Best Egg on a personal schedule over the month. Repaying your monthly balance will keep you enrolled in Best Egg's Flexible Rent program.
