What do I do if I have moved?
We are affiliated with communities through our partnership with companies that power online rent payment platforms - such as AppFolio, Zego, Yardi, MRI, & Rent Manager.
If you have recently moved and your new property management company accepts Best Egg Flexible Rent, you will need to cancel your existing account and reapply. However, if your new property management company does not participate with Best Egg Flexible Rent, you will be unable to reapply and use our product.
To reapply, log in to your rent payment portal. Click “Best Egg Flexible Rent” as a payment option alongside your normal payment options, to take you directly to the application. If the Flexible Rent option is not visible, this may indicate Flexible Rent is not available in your community at this time.
