If the rent balance on your Best Egg Flexible Rent application looks wrong, it may be because that was the balance provided by your property manager. Best Egg receives your rent bill directly from your property manager and cannot make any changes to the balance provided. We encourage you to get in touch with your property manager and proceed to pay your landlord directly. If you choose not to use our program for this month due to the discrepancy, please ensure you have turned the Auto Pay feature off.
