We want to help those who have been impacted so far. If you’re a current customer who is encountering a financial hardship as a result of COVID-19, we want to help. To learn more and enroll in an available assistance program, log in to the Best Egg Account Portal to view your loan details and enroll in payment program option.
If you mail in payments, we are taking measures to ensure your account won’t be negatively impacted by late fees if there is a mail service delay. You can also consider enrolling in automatic payments to ensure your payment always posts on time.
Here are some of the ways you can get in contact with us as a Best Egg customer: Log in to the Best Egg Account Portal to view your loan balances, schedule payments, enroll in automatic payments and chat with loan specialists Mon-Thurs 9am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 12pm.
