We’ll be sending an email with important information you need to know about your loan, including your Best Egg account number, to the email address you provided in your application shortly.
No other action needs to be taken by you at this time, just hang tight!
Accessing Your Account
You’ll be free to manage your account, make payments, and much more 1 to 2 days after your funds are deposited. To log in to your account, visit bestegg.com and click “Login” in the top-right corner of the webpage.
How to Make a Payment
When it comes to making payments towards your Best Egg loan, we offer a number of options.
Online: Log in anytime to your Best Egg Account Portal to make, schedule or cancel a payment.
Phone: Call us at 855-282-6353 to make a one-time payment.
Text: Text 'PAYNOW' to 28448 to begin the pay-by-text process.*
Chat: Make a payment while chatting with a loan specialist by logging into your account in the Best Egg Account Portal. Our chat hours are as follows:
- Monday – Thursday 8am – 9pm ET
- Friday 8am – 7pm ET
- Saturday 9am – 1pm ET
Mail: Mail us a check or money order to the address below. Please include your Best Egg account number on the check or money order, and allow 5-7 business days for your payment to reach us.
