You can change your due date online by logging in to your Best Egg account.
Once you're logged in, from the Personal Loan dashboard, click on the Services tab, then Change my due date on the pulldown menu. From there, select any date from the 1st-26th by using the calendar shown. Once selected, you can click to confirm your due date change or cancel to return to the previous page.
When you confirm the change, a confirmation window will show you and your next payment date and amount. If you're enrolled in auto pay, this window will confirm your auto pay details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your new payment due date to be reflected on your loan amount.
Important note: Not all accounts are eligible for a due date change at any given time
To change your due date, your account must meet several criteria, including being current on all payments and certain requirements related to the timing of the due date change request. If you believe you are eligible to change your due date and are unable to do so online, please reach out over the phone, by email, or through our chat service for assistance.
