Customers may be eligible for an Introductory APR of 0% on purchases for 6 or 12 months.
How do I qualify for an Introductory APR?
You’ll know if you qualify for an Introductory APR on your Best Egg Credit Card because your offer will state what APR offers you could qualify for. After the promotional period ends, your standard APR for purchases will be based on your creditworthiness.
How long do Introductory APRs last?
Our current Introductory APRs last for 6 or 12 months based on the offer you may have received.
What happens if I miss a payment while on my Introductory APR?
If you feel as if you’re going to miss a payment, or you’ve already missed your due date, reach out to us at your earliest convenience. Missing a payment can result in a loss of your Introductory APR.
What happens to my balance once my Introductory APR Period ends?
When your Introductory APR expires, your standard APR applies to all purchases. Your existing balance with begin to accrue interest based on your standard APR the month after your Intro APR ends.
This is why we recommend paying off your balance each month, or at least before your Introductory APR expires, so you don’t have to pay more in interest.
Do I still have a minimum payment due during my Introductory APR Period?
If you have a balance on your account, yes, you will have a minimum payment due. Your minimum payment will be 1% of your new balance, which includes any past due amount if applicable, or $29 (whichever is greater).
Does my Introductory APR apply to all purchases?
Your Introductory APR applies to all purchases. Introductory APRs do not apply to cash advance.
How do I know when my Introductory APR ends?
Your Introductory APR will end either 6 or 12 months after you’ve been approved. Check your monthly statement for your Intro APR expiration date.
