How can I receive a copy of my documents?
You can log in to your Best Egg account at any time to access many of the documents related to your account. We are also happy to email or fax your document to you.
Why can’t I get a copy of my documents mailed to me?
At Best Egg, we want you to get what you need quickly and efficiently. We are happy to send all documents electronically via email or fax any documents upon request.
Why did you stop mailing documents?
We want our customers to receive their requested documentation as quickly as possible. To accomplish this, we will send any documents requested via email and/or fax. However, we will still mail statements if you have opted in.
Please Note: You can still request your monthly statements be mailed to you by opting in for paper statements online or by contacting us. We can be reached at 855-282-6353. We are available Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm ET. You can also reach us via our live chat feature by logging into your Best Egg account Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am – 9:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm ET.
