Yes, you can set up bi-weekly payments, but it’s not automatic—you’ll need to enroll through your account.
To set up bi-weekly auto pay:
- Log in to your Best Egg account.
- Select the loan you’d like to update.
- Click Account Details, then Payments.
- From the drop-down, select Auto Pay, then choose Biweekly.
- Choose the suggested amount (typically half of your monthly payment) or enter your own.
- Select a start date, confirm your bank details, and click Review Payment.
- Once confirmed, click Make Payment to receive your confirmation code.
Important:
To avoid a past due status, your full monthly payment must be made on or before the due date. If the full amount isn’t met, your account may be considered past due—even if bi-weekly payments are scheduled.
