If you haven’t received your gift card, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The friend you referred hasn’t applied for a loan or wasn’t approved.
- Your friend hasn’t received their loan funds or made their first payment.
- Your own loan account was past due at the time the gift card was being fulfilled.
- You’ve reached the $500 annual limit in referral rewards through the Refer a Friend program.
If all program requirements have been met, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a code to redeem your gift card.
