Even if a fixture is broken, replaced, or removed, the lien on your home’s fixtures remains in effect until your secured loan is paid in full.
- Changes to the condition or presence of specific fixtures do not cancel the lien.
- The lien is not released until your final payment is made and 10 days have passed.
