If your home enters foreclosure due to another lender (such as a mortgage or home equity loan provider):
- Best Egg may participate in the foreclosure process to recover the balance of your secured loan from the proceeds.
- If the foreclosure sale does not fully satisfy your secured loan, we may declare your loan in default, and the remaining balance will become immediately due.
