Here are a few things you can expect once your loan is approved.
- Your funds will be deposited in your account within 1 – 3 business days. Keep in mind it may take longer than 3 business days for you to see your funds available in your account depending on your bank. If you do not see the funds within 3 business days, contact your bank first to see if they have received the funds and they are simply just pending availability. If the bank shows no record of the funds having been received, please contact us @ 855-282-6353 to review your account.
- We’ll send a Welcome email with important information you need to know about your loan, including your Best Egg account number, to the email address you provided in your application.
- You’ll be free to manage your account online anytime, make payments, and much more 1 to 2 days after your funds are deposited. To log in to your account, visit Bestegg.com and click “Log in”, then “Manage my account” in the top-right corner of the webpage.
To make payments, you’ll have lots of options:
- Online: Log in anytime to your Best Egg account to make, schedule or cancel a payment. Simply navigate the Personal Loan dashboard, and then to the “Payments” tab.
- Phone: Call us at 855-282-6353 to make a one-time payment. Please have your account information available. We’re available Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–10:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am–8:00 pm ET, and Saturday 9:00 am–6:00 pm ET.
- Text: Text 'PAYNOW' to 28448 to begin the pay-by-text process. *

- Chat: Chat with a loan specialist by logging into your Best Egg account. Please have your account information available. In Chat, we’re available Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–9:00 pm ET, Friday 8:00 am–7:00 pm ET, and Saturday 9:00 am–6:00 pm ET.
- Mobile App: Scan the QR code to download the app on your phone.
Please note: All payments received after 7:00 pm ET won’t be posted to your account until the next business day.
- Automatic payments: Enrolling in Best Egg’s auto pay feature ensures your payment is made on time every month. Auto pay helps you avoid late payments, may improve your credit score, and may be less hassle overall. You can enroll or edit automatic payments by phone, chat, or go online. To self-service online, after logging in, simply navigate to the Personal Loan dashboard, then to the “Payments” tab, and select “Auto pay” from the dropdown menu. If you need to cancel an upcoming automatic payment, please give us a call or chat with us.
- Mail: Mail us a check, cashier’s check, or money order to the address below. Please include your Best Egg Account Number on the check, cashier’s check, or money order and allow 7-10 business days for your payment to reach us.

Please note: If your check, cashier’s check, or money order is not made payable to Best Egg, or is sent to an incorrect address, there may be a delay applying your payment to your account. Also, if you have multiple products with us, a separate check, cashier’s check, or money order must be submitted for each account for which you want to make a payment. Please include your corresponding account number in the memo line of each check, cashier’s check, or money order.
Please keep in mind that returned payments may result in the cancellation of your automatic payments.
