If you misplaced your card, please log in to your Best Egg account online, call us, or chat with us to lock your card as soon as possible. In some cases, you may be able to lock your card directly from the mobile app if there are no account statuses on your account preventing you from logging in to the mobile app.
After you’ve locked your card, call 833-707-1226 or chat with one of our agents to report your card lost or stolen if you still cannot find it. Once we’re notified, we can process your card as lost or stolen and issue a new card to be mailed to your address on file. We’ll also review your account with you to dispute any charges you didn’t make.
