If you misplaced your card, please log in to your Best Egg account online or call us to lock your card as soon as possible.
If you locked your card through the website, call 833-707-1226 to report your card lost or stolen. Once we’re notified, we can process your card as lost or stolen and issue a new card to be mailed to your address on file. We’ll also review your account with you to dispute any charges you didn’t make. We are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am – 6:00pm ET.
