You can view your monthly loan statements anytime by logging into your Best Egg account:
- Go to your Personal Loan dashboard.
- Click the Documents tab.
- Select Statements from the dropdown menu.
- Download or view the statement you need.
Additional Notes:
- If you are not enrolled in auto pay, you’ll receive a paper statement by mail.
- If you prefer to receive paper statements, you can request them by calling 855-282-6353 or through live chat.
- We are happy to send all documents electronically via email.
- We can fax documents upon request.
