How do I send docs from my Android or iPhone?

You can send documents to Best Egg by text message or email using your Android or iPhone. Follow the instructions below for your device.

Send Documents by Text Message (iPhone)

iPhones vary depending on model and year. Sample images below are generally what you may expect to see but may look slightly different on your iPhone.

1. Open your Messages application.
2. Start a new text message by tapping the Compose icon, or open an existing conversation with Best Egg.
3. In the To field, enter 28448.
   • If you're adding more documents to an existing conversation, confirm that the conversation is with 28448.
4. Tap the + (plus) icon next to the message field.
5. Select Photos.
6. Choose the photo(s) or document image(s) you'd like to send.
7. Tap the Send arrow.

Send Documents by Email (iPhone)

1. Open your Mail application.
2. Start a new email by tapping the Compose icon, or open an existing email from Best Egg and tap Reply.
3. If you're creating a new email, enter upload@bestegg.com in the To field.
4. Tap in the body of the email and select the Attach or Paperclip icon.
5. Choose the file, document, or photo you want to attach.
6. Confirm the attachment appears in the email.
7. Tap the Send arrow.

Send Documents by Text Message (Android)

Androids vary greatly depending on manufacturer, model, and year. Sample images below are generally what you may expect to see, but may look slightly different on your cell phone.

1. Open the Messages app.
2. Start a new text message by tapping the Compose icon, or open an existing conversation with Best Egg.
3. In the To field, enter 28448.
   • If you're adding more documents to an existing conversation, confirm that the conversation is with 28448.
4. Tap the + (plus) or Attach icon.
5. Select Gallery, Photos, or the option that contains your images.
6. Choose the photo(s) or document image(s) you'd like to send.
7. Tap Done (if prompted).
8. Tap the Send arrow.

Send Documents by Email (Android)

1. Open your email app (such as Gmail or Outlook).
2. Start a new email by tapping the Compose icon, or open an existing email from Best Egg and tap Reply.
3. If you're creating a new email, enter upload@bestegg.com in the To field.
4. Tap the Attach or Paperclip icon.
5. Select the file, document, or photo you want to attach.
6. Confirm the attachment appears in the email.
7. Tap the Send arrow.

Tips

• Make sure your document(s) or photo(s) are clear, readable, and fully visible before sending.
• You can attach multiple photos or documents in a single message or email.
• If you're responding to a request from Best Egg, replying to the original text message or email helps us process your documents more quickly.
