How can I check the status of my Direct Pay payments?

To check the status of your Direct Pay payments:

1. Log in to your Best Egg account.
2. From your Personal Loan dashboard, select the account you want to review.
3. Click the Documents tab.
4. Under the Original Loan Term section, click Funding Details.
5. You’ll see a list of all Direct Pay payments. Click the “+” icon next to each payment to view additional details such as status, type, and amount.
