If you want to refinance your home, most mortgage lenders will require all liens to be removed before refinancing. Best Egg does not offer early termination or lien subordination prior to the loan being paid in full.
To remove the fixture lien from your Best Egg Secured Loan:
- Pay off your secured loan in full.
- Wait at least 10 days after your final payment.
- We’ll file a lien termination with your county to remove the UCC-1 filing.
