Of course! You can make additional payments on your loan at any time for any amount at your convenience without prepayment fees or penalties. Prepaying your loan may reduce future interest payments.
Keep in mind, paying ahead means you are paying in advance, so depending upon how much additional you pay, it may push your due date forward by however many monthly payments you cover. However, if you are on automatic payments, your payments will continue to be withdrawn each month.
There are several ways you can make additional payments on your loan:
Online: Log in anytime to your Best Egg account to make or schedule a payment. Simply navigate the Personal Loan dashboard, and then to the “Payments” tab.
Phone: Call us at 855-282-6353 to make a one-time payment. Please have your account information available. We’re available Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–10:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am–8:00 pm ET, and Saturday 9:00 am–6:00 pm ET.
Text: Text 'PAYNOW' to 28448 to begin the pay-by-text process. *

Mail: Mail us a check, cashier’s check, or money order to the address below. Please include your Best Egg Account Number on the check or money order and allow 7-10 business days for your payment to reach us.

Please note: If your check, cashier’s check, or money order is not made payable to Best Egg, or is sent to an incorrect address, there may be a delay applying your payment to your account. Also, if you have multiple products with us, a separate check or money order must be submitted for each account for which you want to make payment. Please include your corresponding account number in the memo line of each check or money order.
