If your loan payment hasn’t posted, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check the mailing address
Ensure your payment was sent to the correct address:

If the address was incorrect, please contact your bank, as the payment may not reach us.
2. If the address was correct, ask yourself the following:
- Has it been more than 10 business days since you mailed the payment?
- Have you contacted your bank?
- Has the check been cashed?
If yes to all the above, please email a copy of the front and back of the check to:

Once we receive the required documentation, we’ll begin a missing payment investigation. If we confirm that we’ve received the funds, we’ll apply a credit to your account.
3. Additional tips to avoid delays:
- Payments must be made payable to Best Egg.
- Each loan account requires a separate check, cashier’s check, or money order.
- Include the correct account number in the memo line.
- We accept checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for mail delivery and processing.
