If you overpay your loan when you pay your account in full:
- Payments will remain on the account for a minimum of 7 days to ensure enough time has passed for the funds to clear.
- If a payment was made in the past year from the checking account we have on file and there’s a credit on your account, a refund will be issued to your checking or savings account via ACH within 1–3 business days.
- If no payments were made in the last year from the account on file, a check will be mailed to your address within 7–10 business days.
